ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | Full-Time
Howerton+White is looking for a full-time, in-person Account Executive who will build, manage, and execute campaigns and help guide the agency’s account management practices. The Account Executive's role is equal parts customer service and project manager. You will manage day-to-day activities for the execution and production of client marketing programs. As the client contact on assigned brands/projects, you will ensure client approvals are secured, client objectives are achieved, and timelines and budgets are met. Account Executives communicate externally with the client and internally with the project team to keep all apprised of project status, updates, and changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic and marketing communications campaigns that include branding, Web design, interactive media, social media, and recruitment advertising and communications
- Manage workflow and coordinate project schedules with the creative and development team, vendors, and clients
- Plan complex and multifaceted projects to ensure completion to high standards of quality within time frame and budget
- Manage creative team contributions including on-staff and contract artists, designers, programmers, editors, writers, and others
- Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines, and resource allocation models for creative projects. Leads the development of creative concepts, content, site maps, strategic plans, campaigns, and other production elements
- Interface with clients for creative proposals and liaison meetings. Manage project budgets and financial reporting
- A proactive approach is demonstrated through actions such as providing regular and thorough project updates to the manager and team and anticipating potential problems and obstacles to project success, communicating concerns, and developing solutions
