Howerton+White is looking for a full-time Digital Media Manager to join their fast-growing team in downtown Wichita. This position is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual with extensive paid search and paid social experience to take their skillset and career opportunities to the next level. As the agency’s Paid Media Manager, you will manage digital strategy, data, and analytics, support website design, and creative ideation. You will be fully responsible for the execution of paid media campaigns for our clients across digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display). Additionally, you’ll provide support across a range of digital marketing deliverables, including strategy, campaign planning, research, activation, set-up, campaign monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.


  • Develop a strategic framework for paid social and SEM campaigns across major paid platforms including Search Engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing), Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Snapchat, and Programmatic
  • Execute on paid search, paid social, and digital display and optimize for overarching business objectives, including but not limited to CPA, ROAS, acquisition, lead generation, awareness, and engagement
  • Help clients and team members understand the role of various paid media channels in achieving their objectives
  • Leverage media channels such as paid search, paid social, display, video ads, and mobile advertising tactics to drive client success 
  • Manage the entire cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, ad operations, performance, analysis, and reporting 
  • Oversee and manage daily campaigns: monitoring delivery, tracking optimization, escalating issues, managing consultants/vendors as needed 
  • Generate reports and dashboards and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies 
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant and timely insights and recommendations 
  • Proper budget management, development, forecasting, and allocation to complement client objectives and the agency’s holistic strategies 


  • 4-6 years of paid media buying experience, agency or publisher side
  • Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to hit clients goals whether they are lead generation, CPA, ROAS, or awareness and engagement goals 
  • Extensive knowledge of paid social platforms and optimization tactics on key social platforms such as Facebook Business Manager
  • Familiarity with Amazon Search / Advertising is a bonus 
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio 
  • Excellent at creating reports, data visualization, developing presentations and recommendations 
  • Data and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Working knowledge of ad operations -- tagging, tracking, etc. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A self-starter and team player with an entrepreneurial spirit -- quick to adapt to changing needs 
  • Strong knowledge of social publishing tools and web analytics
  • Must be able to work at the Wichita, Kansas location
