Copywriter | Full-Time
Howerton+White, an integrated marketing agency in Wichita, Kansas, is looking for a full-time, in-person (non-remote) Copywriter. The successful candidate will be an accomplished storyteller and strategist.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll join our team in developing brand strategy and storytelling that positions and differentiates our clients and engages their customers, including defining archetypes, voice, value propositions, key messages, naming, and more.
Along with the Senior Copywriter and Creative Director, you will ideate and develop creative concepts and integrated campaigns, setting the overall strategy for brand expression and ensuring the consistency of messages throughout all executions.
You will provide strategic insight and help build marketing strategies and plans; work with directors and senior staff to outline all elements of campaigns, create estimates and establish realistic deadlines.
Requirements
Experience—you have at least 6-8 years of copywriting experience within an ad agency or an in-house corporate marketing department, including managing or mentoring others.
Knowledge—you thoroughly understand inbound marketing best practices, account-based marketing strategies, digital marketing tactics, and brand positioning and growth strategies.
Commitment—you are collaborative, open-minded, and self-managed, approaching processes, challenges, and all situations with the highest level of professionalism.
Flexible and Adaptable—you are focused on creative solutions, able to adapt to changing circumstances, and re-focus effectively and efficiently.
