Nicole Howerton — Managing Partner | Co-Creative Director

Nicole is simply the “idea person” everyone wants in the room. As co-founder of the agency, Howerton continues to be involved in the day-to-day service of her clients. For more than 20 years, she has molded ideas into award-winning advertising campaigns, print ads, websites, motion graphics and just about anything else that needs to tell a story. Those stories build stronger relationships between our clients and their audiences.

Ken White — Managing Partner | Director of Digital Innovation

As Managing Partner and Director of Digital Innovation, Ken White leads the company’s expansion and ongoing integration of digital media platforms. Always forward thinking, Ken has a unique ability to identify appropriate opportunities for client-facing and back-end solutions that drive business and engage audiences. Ken is also an accomplished musician. Raised on a steady diet of Bill Monroe, Ralph Stanley and Tony Rice, this Kentucky native cinched the state’s famed banjo championship at age 14. He studied with legends, and continues to record and perform with bluegrass luminaries, ensembles and orchestras.

Bryan Malone — Managing Partner | Co-Creative Director

Bryan has 20 years of experience in print and broadcast and more than a decade in agency management. He is particularly successful in creating long-term campaigns that build overall brand equity. A natural leader and strategic thinker, Bryan brings focus and guidance to all those he encounters. For Bryan, work and life are team sports. His dedication and loyalty make him the one you want on your team — or as a fan. (Hint: Be sure to look for him in the audience at every home WSU Shocker basketball game.)
